Veggie Sopapilla: Your choice of one daily veggie plus green cabbage, green chile, carrots, and onions sandwiched between two fresh puris and topped with cheese and avocado. Served with a cup of soup.

Veggie 2:

Black-eyed peas, carrots, green cabbage, greens.

Veggie 3:

Spicy potato with yellow squash.

Green Plate:

Shepherd’s Pie: lentils, carrots, zucchini, kale, and celery with a sweet potato topping. Served with side salad or a cup of soup.
