Chef’s Plate:

Saag Paneer: tender cubes of your choice of either cheese or tofu in a rich vegan spinach sauce, served with your choice of a side brown or basmati rice, and a chapati or dosa.

Green Plate:

Stuffed Poblanos: quinoa, zucchini, onions, red bell pepper, and fresh garlic. Topped with your choice of vegan cheese and served with a side salad or soup of the day.
